1. Introduction
Welcome to Matris Opus Management ("Matris Opus", "we", "our", "us"), a boutique mother agency focused on scouting and developing talent for the international fashion industry. By accessing or using this website (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Purpose of the Site
The Site is a showcase of the models represented or scouted by Matris Opus Management and provides a form through which aspiring talents may submit an application. The Site does not sell goods or services and does not constitute a binding offer of representation.
3. Submissions
By submitting your personal data, measurements and photographs through the Submit form, you declare that (i) the information provided is true and accurate, (ii) you are the author or rights holder of the photographs uploaded, or have obtained all necessary permissions, and (iii) if you are under 18, the submission has been authorised by your parent or legal guardian. Submissions do not create any contractual obligation on Matris Opus to reply, to represent you, or to retain your materials.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including the name "Matris Opus Management", the logo, the graphic layout, texts and photographs of represented talents — is owned by Matris Opus or by the respective rights holders and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. No content may be reproduced, distributed or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Site for unlawful purposes, not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to its systems, not to upload malicious code, and not to scrape, copy or redistribute content in bulk.
6. Third-Party Content
The Site may embed content from third-party services (for example the Matris Opus Instagram feed). Such content is subject to the terms and privacy policies of the respective providers. We are not responsible for third-party content or services.
7. Limitation of Liability
